Finley nurses vote for second strike

Associated Press, August 12, 2006 Dubuque - Nurses at a Dubuque hospital have voted to hold their second strike in as many months. The Finley Hospital nurses will be out for three days beginning Wednesday morning. The hospital will employ replacement nurses for five days. That means it's possible some Finley nurses may not have open shifts until two days after the strike ends.
