Nurses walk off the job

Nurses at the Mount Olivet Private Hospital in Brisbane have walked off the job this morning over wages. The nurses stopped work for two hours from 7am (AEST) today.

The Queensland Nurses Union today said most of general ward nurses at the hospital earned nine per cent less than their public hospital counterparts.
