A ballot of 620 nurses from The Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle and Whitehaven’s West Cumberland Hospital, showed that 98 per cent have no confidence in bosses at North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust. All the nurses who took part in the vote are members of the Unison health union.
